After that great experience, I hired Mrs. Gacki to find a new home.  Like everyone else these days, the house was no bargain, but Mrs. Gacki’s personal connection that she developed with the seller (who was also a real estate agent) was instrumental in getting my bid accepted over others, including others that were higher.  I did not think I would get the house and had moved on, and through relationship and communication, LeHoa brought the deal around.  And again, post purchase, LeHoa has been incredible in helping me find the right people to do the work on the house that it needs.  For the standard commission, LeHoa and her team do so much more than just list a house.
