My love for real estate in the Los Angeles area is symbolic to the diversification in the culture. Each neighborhood has unique characteristics, just like Angelino’s and with that being said, I have created separate pages to show the special characters of many of the neighborhoods. However, I have been a Brentwood native since 2002 and the heart is always where the home is, therefore, I may be biased in my love for Brentwood.
Since I have a background in Accounting and Business Management, I apply those skills when it comes to obtaining the Los Angeles Real Estate Market statistics, and I wanted to share the method in which I view the stats. All the graphs and charts have been created from public records, but aside from the lowest, highest and median sold price; I include the middle 50% of sale ranges. This method helps you gage the market fluctuation in an area. Most updates have a button to download “L.N.D.C.” – LeHoa’s Neighborhood Data Charts with clickable live feed links to the home data.
